You can revoke your decision within 4 hours after ordering your work of art by sending an email to info@waltamerika.gallery. When that time frame closes, your order is considered definitive. We do offer a 48 hour service to reserve the work of art of your choice, so other buyers are not able to purchase it. Just press the HOLD IT button next to the work of art.

From the moment your artwork has arrived, you have 14 days to  return it. You can get in touch with us at @info@waltamerika.gallery. Although we would love to know the reason, you are not obliged to inform us why you changed your mind.  We are only able to process refunds for artworks returned in perfect condition and in their original Artresor packaging, with accompanying documentation enclosed – including the Certificate of Authenticity and any other items within the box where applicable.

For all returns, we will coordinate with you directly shipping following your request.  A tracking number will be provided.  Please note, that you cannot book your own courier as this will not be tracked by our system and will make you make ineligible for any refund.   

Once we have received the artwork back in perfect condition (and in their original Artresor packaging, with accompanying documentation enclosed – including the Certificate of Authenticity and any other items within the box where applicable), we will process your refund.  

Refunds for returned works of art will be made within 14 days of their arrival to our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.

You will be refunded for the price of the artwork, minus the shipping fee. The exact amount varies based on size, weight and location.

If your artwork arrives damaged in any way or if you receive an incorrect shipment, please email us at info@waltamerika.gallery as soon as possible.  Where appropriate, we will be happy to arrange a refund, repair or replacement. Please note that you will not be eligible to claim under this clause, if you were made aware of the reason for your claim prior to purchase.
